Open Excavation for Drift Portals
Excavation of four exploratory drifts (02 on each bank), each of 30 m in length and of size 1.80m (W) x 2.10 m (H) on the left & right bank of the River at dam axis by drilling and blasting method as per details shown in the drawings including construction of paths, removal of muck, etc, complete. All incidental items, such as, construction of approach roads/ paths at work site, disposal of muck generated by blasting at the designated area, arrangements of blasting materials including transportation to the site, equipment for blasting operations, construction materials, labour-skilled and unskilled both, supervisory staff for fixing of drifts alignment, arrangement of water, power and POL, defuming of gases, ventilation, lighting and dewatering arrangements, etc, required for successful completion of works.
Without Support
With support (providing of steel supports made of structural steel sections wherever required, including supply, fabrication and erection of desired steel sections and spot Rockbolt as per the details shown in the drawings)
Construction of cement concrete reference pillars, bench marks or Portals at the face of drifts wherever required, of M 20 grade mix, including the cost of excavation, mixing of concrete and shuttering, etc, complete
Site preparation work to conduct shear test & uni-axial jacking test
