M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour,M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15mm in a single coat @ 34 kg per sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer instructions.M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with max pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be reputed manufacture over one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coat Note for Item No above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.

Note for Item No above (a.) M&L for preparation of old painted steel and Iron surface of any description at roof sheet wall etc complete , not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surface of any description, not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wooden floor tiles of size 1200 x 200 mm and 7 mm thick with dove tailed joints laid over 150 Micron polythene film and 3mm thick foam as per manufacturers instructions including taking down of old wooden flooring any type and fixed with decorative wooden beadings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, complete.

M&L factory made second class soft wooden battens kiln dried spruce or pine profiled lumber, not less than 12mm thick, length 3000 mm & width 110-120 mm insert each other with male and female grooves fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall/ ceiling panelling, shelves atc including dismantling old wall/ ceiling board any type and applying under coating and finishing coats of wood polishing complete all as specified and directed .

Dismanting of fencing chain link,wire mesh barbed wire etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similer holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out,returning filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggergate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing of any size/ type as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle,or,tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates,incl required hole , nut & bolts etc of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat, round or square bars, in available lengths welded with iron posts of Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), all as specified and directed.

All as per item 18 above but fixing only with restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 39200.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
