M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description on walls, preparing the surface with 2mm thick wall putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE. (iii) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparing new wooden or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5-6mm thick PVC heavy grade hollow profile designer sheet strips & channel feathered at edges of approved quality and design PVC Wall/Ceiling Panelling including matching PVC angles at all window corners, jambs & cills complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e. APP Membrane, brick tiling including concrete padding and benching and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material without damaging existing serviceable structure complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) pedding mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth (without usin extra cement) as in roof padding/Sunken floor, kerb/bencing alongwith parapet including rounded, chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Proportion of mix and method of mixing of approved concrete admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:3) mixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Prpportion of mix and method of mixing of approved liquid water proofer admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions)

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall br sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company back warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at G+3 building. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L for Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10mm x 10mm in V shape by mechanical means, cleaning all dirt and loose particles using Nitobond SBR/Sbr latex of Fosroc/Sika/CICO having specific gravity ranging from 1.015 to 1.040 @27 deg celsiusmixed in the ratio of 1(polymer) : 3(Cement) maintaining w/c ratio 0.35 to achieve thixotropic consistency.

M&L for providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry(Preffered cement should have min blain value 300-500 sqmtr per kg) mixed with incl liquid water proofing compound to required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzle in the 18mm dia hole fixing of PVC nozzle with Renderoc Plug and final Cutting the projected nozzle and sealing off the PVC Nozzle after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug non shrink rapid setting mortar compound finishing curing etc as per manufacturer specifications and as directed complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 36 TO 41 : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for triple storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)
