Provision for Construction of brick masonry foundation wall above PCC and up to height of 0.75m in CM (1:4) (1 part cement : 4 part sand) including all materials, conveyance charges and labor charges etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.

Provision for Laying of 20cm thick Plain Cement Concrete base (1:2:4) (1 part cement : 2 part sand : 4 part coarse aggregates) on top of foundation masonry including all materials, conveyance charges and labor charges etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.

Provision for applying of cement plaster 15mm thick over the base platform in CM (1:4) (1 part cement : 4 part sand) including all materials, conveyance charges and labor charges etc. all compete .

Provision for Supply and fixing of prefabricated porta cabin of size 3.50m x 3.00m comprised of 1 door of size 1.00m x 2.10m and 3 windows of size 0.90m x 1.20m high including all materials, transportation up to site of work, loading, unloading and installation of cabin with all necessary labors and GST charges etc. all complete. (Remark-Complete detail may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for Supply & fixing of AC - 1 Tonne capacity of approved brand with conveyance charges up to site including all necessary electrical fittings and fixtures etc. all complete.(Remark-Complete detail may be provided at the time of execution)

Providing and fixing of decorative colorful ceiling for baby care room including all materials, labor charges etc. all complete.

Providing & fixing of decorative / colorful wall paper (cartoon) on interior walls of cabin including all materials, conveyance charges, labor charges etc. all complete .

Provision for Electrification work in the cabin including all fixtures and fittings- 4 wall fans of approved brand, 4 CFL Lights in the cabin, fixing of switch boards with plug points including all materials. labour charges etc. all complete.

Providing & fixing of wash basin platform including all plumbing fittings and fixtures, all materials, labor charges etc. all complete .

Providing of small sofa (2 seater) and 1 - table, 4 chairs PVC for seating arrangements.

Supply of baby toys to keep in the baby care room(Remark-Complete detail may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for making a frame of size 1.00m x 1.00m x 2.75m with MS Angle 30x30x3 mm for safety of drinking water cooler and circular frame of diameter 1.30m and height 1.60m with MS flat 40mm x 4mm for safety of syntax water tank above toilet block from monkey including material with 5% wastage, fabrication, fixing at site, labour and transportation charges, colour etc. all complete as directed by site in- charge.(Remark-Complete detail of quantity may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for providing GI wire mesh 25mm x 25mm in the frame for safety of drinking water cooler and for syntax tank above toilet block including material with 5% wastage, fabrication, fixing at site, labour and transportation charges, color etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.(Remark-Complete detail of quantity may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for fixing of direction boards for cave, drinking water, toilet, baby care room including all material, fabrication, printing, transportation and fixing all complete. as directed by site in-charge(Remark-Complete detail may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for fixing of signage boards of drinking water , toilet, baby care room including material, fabrication, printing , transportation and fixing etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge (Remark-Complete detail may be provided at the time of execution)

Provision for Supply and fixing of LED TV of approved brand (Sony, Samsung, Acer, LG etc.) in cave for playing documentary about Junagadh and ASI protected monuments in Junagadh with conveyance charges up to site including speakers, all necessary electrical fittings and fixtures etc. all complete.

Provision for changing of damaged taps, urinal valves, flush valves etc. in toilets including all purchasing, fixing And labour charges etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge

Provision for removing paint of the ceiling and interior walls by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. all complete.as directed by site in-charge

Provision for applying acrylic emulsion paint of two coat and one coat of primer on the ceiling and interior walls of the toilet block with all material, convenience charge, and labour charge etc all complete as directed by site in-charge
