Centering with steel centering and shuttering with necessary strutting arrangements for all R.C.C. or P.C.C. items including cost conveyance etc.,complete

Supplying and Fixing of Caddappa Slab metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of new MS Pipes, MS sheets, concrete with pipe, cutting, consumables, welding and labour charges including in sliding ladder,common swing, family swing, 4 seater seesaw and all playing equipments maintenance

Painting two coats with ART Painting with approved quality and colour paint over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. -

Painting Two Coat with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the Old Iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
