(ii) Razor barb BTO-22 (a) Barb thickness 0.5 mm (+ - 0.05mm) (b) Barb width 15 mm (+ - 1mm) (c) Barb length 22 mm (+ - 1mm) (d) Barb Spacing 35 mm (+ -1mm) (e) Steel strip (punched tape/RBT) = The punched tape shall be CR3 grade cold reduced low carbon steel as per IS 513:2008 with pre painted Aluminum Zinc alloy in accordance with IS 15965:2012/AZ150/Class 3. (iii) Spring core wire.

Sand cushioning for underground cable with a layer of fine sand(sand for plastering) 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 18 cm thickness. The Punning shall be done by hand (Note Punned thickness 18 cmm shall be considered to measurement purpose only) in trenches , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and laying well burnt old size sub class 'B' bricks designated 75 laid flat (old size) with width equal to length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge in trenches over the cable for protection.
40 mm bore galvanised iron steel water tubing light grade (ISI Marked) with all fittings and fixed complete for protection of cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & errect steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30 cm high with super enamel paint (black and white/yellow) from ground level/coping upto 1.5 m painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforcement with 8 mm TOR steel @100 C/C in lieu of CI cover and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (b) Earth lead shall be protected upto test point using necessary arragement with GI pipe and the rates includes in the unit rate of item. (c) Charges for earth resistivity test deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of the earth pit. (e) Earth resistance should be less than 2 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 2 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to the Govt. (f) For effective visibility, identification and traceability of earth pit (EP) with corresponding earth of equipment and building, markers in metal (Mild steel) shall be provided. Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the mild steel identification board etc shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (g) On completion of the entire work the contractor shall submit a register/ record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing to the Engineer-in-Charge.
Refixing old steel water tubing medium grade of size 25 mm in old or new position obtained from taking out old pipes including providing all fittings required at site such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, unions, short pieces, caps and plugs etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed
25 mm bore, galvanized iron, water tubing, medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connector, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plug and unions etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
40 mm bore, galvanized iron, water tubing, medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connector, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plug and unions etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
