Outsourcing of services for water supply installations at Tubewell No 02 in Raipur Satwari round the clock in three shifts per day ( 0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 Hrs, 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) in three shifts per day (Each shift of 08 hours) by one Skilled FGM per shift all as per the directions of Engr in charge (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or matriculate having 7 years experience in related field in operation of water supply installations .The detail of the equipment installed to be operated by operators in three shifts are as under :- The installation consists of the following:- (a) Vertical Turbine pump set of cap 40 HP - 1 No (b) Voltage Stabilizer 100 KVA - 01 No (c) LT Panel with Accessories -1 No (d) Chloronome plant- 1 No (e) Manual /Automatic star delta Starter - 1 No (f) Regulatig valves - 03 Nos .

Outsourcing of services for running electric passenger lift stretcher type (02 No) in MH round the clock in three shifts by providing one operator in each shift and in each lift for hospital single automatic operation with attendent cap 1020 Kgs (15 passenger) to serve from ground floor to third floor with speed of 0.4 m/s to 0.5 m/s with all conencted machinery ARD, control relays, counter weights, buffers, relieving device with two speed control system, including power operated two speed slidiing doors for car and landing. Lifts Make: ECE Note : Contractor shall deploy one lift attendent in each lift (02 attendants in each shift) with 05 years of experinece in the relevent field.

Note.for Srl No 1 to 04 :- (I) FGM/Attendant deployed by the contractor shall also be capable to carry out minor repairs and also maintain the complete installation neat and clean all the times, incl grass cutting twice in a month,and ensure proper functioning of plant etc.( Tools for maint/area cleaning will be provided by the contractor and safety precaution of the employee will be the responsibility of the contractor) (ii)24 Hrs will be considered as one day.FGM/Attendant shall attend the telephone (telephone will be provided by the contractor ) while on duty and will attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints (iv) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of plant (v) The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant particular specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item (vi) in case of operator found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery @ 2200 /-per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (x) Contractor shall provide all safety precautions /tools as per IE rules and dress to the operators and maint of attendance register /loogsheet .
