SH-I : Round the clock Operation & Maintenance - Round the clock Operation & Maintenance of available electrical equipments installed at Cargo substations and Admin power house including carrying out all the maintenance as per recommended maintenance schedule (Daily checking), attending all break down maintenance for all the electrical equipments installed at Substations as and when required basis or as directed by the EIC including providing 02 nos. mobile smart phone, SIM cards with yearly recharge for communication purpose. (mobile smart phone & SIM cards will be taken back by the agency after completion of work) The total minimum manpower provision as follows: - i) For General Shift Duty. (a) Sr. Supervisor - 1 no. (b)Highly skilled manpower - 1 no. (c) Unskilled Manpower- 1 no. ii) For Round the Clock Shift Duty. (a) Skilled manpower (3 shift including reliever for two locations) - 7 nos. (b) Unskilled manpower (3 shift including reliever for one location ) - 3.5 nos.

SH-II : Other Electrical Works - Checking & maintenance of batteries & battery charger sets installed at Cargo Substation for HT switchgears i/c checking control wiring, tightening of all terminals after cleaning of terminals, providing petroleum jelly. Top up the batteries with distilled water etc. i/c. minors hardwares and spares complete as required. a) First year

AMF panel (monthly minimum one time and as and when required) installed in cargo substation of the airport area for improvement of power factor i/c checking & tightening of the terminals, checking, control wirings if required replace the faulty portion of control wiring. Providing necessary cleaning materials, insulating tapes, minor hardwares, wires, thimble/lugs, ferrules etc., as required (capacitors and major components shall be supplied by the department). a) First Year

Maintenance of 1 no. APFC panel, 1 no. LT panels, 1 no. AMF panel (monthly minimum one time and as and when required) installed in cargo substation of the airport area for improvement of power factor i/c checking & tightening of the terminals, checking, control wirings if required replace the faulty portion of control wiring. Providing necessary cleaning materials, insulating tapes, minor hardwares, wires, thimble/lugs, ferrules etc., as required (capacitors and major components shall be supplied by the department). b) Second Year

Cleaning of luminaries, maintaining serviceability of emergency light in and around S/S building i/c upkeeping of Electrical sub-station by i/c cleaning, uprooting of bushes / jungles etc. within the periphery of sub-station, as and when required as directed by Engg. I/C. a) First Year
