O/M of220/132kV Sub-Station

Complete dismantling of all three poles of 132 kV SF₆ Circuit Breaker (ABB make, ELF SF2-1 type ,Sr No IB 084793, MFG 1992) of Machine No-1 including removal of interrupter assemblies, operating rods and associated hardware, thorough internal inspection and cleaning of interrupter chambers, checking of main & arcing contacts, replacement of operating coils (trip & close) ,worn-out parts such as O-rings, gaskets, seals, bushes, springs and fasteners, lubrication of moving parts, local control switch with pistol grip handle,220volt dc Auxiliary contactor, re-assembly and alignment of each pole; checking and servicing of operating mechanism, SF₆ gas system including evacuation, moisture removal and topping-up / refilling of SF₆ gas as required; checking of density monitor, pressure switches,, control wiring and interlocks; adjustment of operating mechanism, timing verification, mechanical and electrical operations including O-C-O operation, measurement of contact resistance of all three poles, functional testing, final testing, commissioning and submission of test reports, complete in all respects as per OEM recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at 132 kV sub station HPSEBL Giri Nagar.
