Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Agency should be approved by Government.

As per rules Taxes will be deducted at sources.

Agency will be preferred who come forward to avail the services of Experience workers in departments

This period will be for financial year 2023-24 or upto further order till next tender process.

Rate Service Charges of agency should be quoted Service charges in percentage only

Accept and reject the tender rights are reserved by Tender accepting authority.

Self attested letter of key person elected by non-participation of government/non government institutions

Effective applications will not considered, and Joint venture is not allowed.

All documents are signed by authorized person and attested by gazette officer or notary without fail.

Tender participants should upload in the website the scan copies of work execution certificate, TIN, Pan, GST related certificates, in case of any defective submission Tender will be rejected.

As per the bid document Conditions are accepted.

Agency should be upload relevant documents of Staff details, Lab Equipments bills and mobile lab details if the documents are fraud agency will be disqualified.

This office will not be responsible for any technical glitches of the website on the last date of the Tender.

Applicant or agency should submit certificates in support of ESI Registration, EPF Registration VAT or GST details with clearance cetificate.

Sub-contract will not allowed.

Before submitting the bid refer format as attached with Bid document. all documents are attested by gazetted officer or notary.

The third party agency should conducted instruction for link documents works and otherhead works, completed works as per the directed by the Engineer.

All tenders time extended, accept and reject the tender rights are reserved by Tender accepting authority.

The Person of the Organization should not be an elected member of the local bodies (attach self declaration certificate)

Tender evaluation should be conducted as per two cover system

Agency should be submit the documents as per the technical conditions Sl.no.1 to 8 is compulsory otherwise tender will be rejected.

Bidder should quote the rates in percentage not more than 0.50% above.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory attached letter attested in stamp paper.

If the workdone and Bank solvency confirmation is not reached within 3 days to this office tender will be rejected.
