PART 2 -AIRCONDITIONING

Supply of wall mounting type split type air conditioner unit confirming to IS 1391 (part.2/92) ammendement-1 (Three star rated) fitted with hermatically sealed comprosser operating on Single phase AC supply, R-32/R-134A /non CFC refrigerant, high energy efficient, capable of performing functions like cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating, filtering etc of following capacity including refrigerent copper piping with insulation and control cable up to 5m, microprocessor control with cordless remote control etc. with one year warrenty for machine and one year 4 Nos free service ( Blue Star, Voltas, Carrier, Daikin, Thoshiba, Mitshu bishi etc:)

1.5 TR 1 phase split type A.C unit, 4500 K Cal/Hr with low power consumption

2.0 TR 1 phase split type A.C unit, 6000 K Cal/Hr with low power consumption

Supply of following capacity voltage stabiliser for split type A/C unit with voltage range of 175-275V and out put range of 210 - 240V.

4 KVA suitable for 1/1.5 TR split type A/C unit

5 KVA suitable for 2 TR split type A/C unit

Supplying and installation including all manner of supports/ suspenders, anchor bolts etc for cable trays made out of suitable size channel sections, slotted angles, flats, MS plates etc as required including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of the 1/1.5/2TR high wall mounting split type AC units

Supply and providing factory made metal stand (bracket) for mounting out door unit in position as required

Supply and providing the following size soft drawn copper pipe for extending the pipe between out door and indoor unit, including insulating the pipe using rubberised foam sleeve 10mm thick, brazing, leak testing etc.

6 mm (1/4"), 12.5 mm (1/2") dia. 22 gauge

9mm (3/8"), 16 mm (5/8") dia. 22 gauge

Supply and fixing of 25mm PVC pipe and along with all required accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the damages etc,as required.
