Satisfactory completed, in at least one financial year in last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25, one similar contract of Providing manpower Services of value not less than Rs. 27.20 Lakhs (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies

Satisfactory completed, in at least one financial year in last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25, Providing Services of total 10 manpower. (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities

Provident fund ( PF) Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities

Any six months Provident fund ( PF) remittance challans of 10 Nos manpower in last 12 months i.e., Oct 2024 to Sep 2025 : ( Attach minimum Six months Provident fund ( PF) remittance challans

ESI department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities

Any six months ESI remittance challans of 6 Nos manpower in last 12 months i.e., Oct 2024 to Sep 2025 : ( Attach minimum Six months ESI remittance challans

GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Achieved in at least two financial years in last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 annual financial turnover of Rs. 34.00 lakhs . (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)
