Pipe laying works, Push through for rail crossing and Interconnection work , Supply, Errection and Commisioning of pumpset at Thammanam Pump House ,construction of valve chambers etc and all allied works

Supplying 450mm dia class K9 -9163m( including 91m for maintenance)- conveying, laying ,testing and commissioning S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes & specials 450mm dia class K9 pipes 9072m, and 250 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 Pipes -75m & specials, including dismantling CC roads/bituminous roads/interlocking paver blocks roads, excavating trenches (including additional lift) for laying, cutting, jointing(Flanged,Push on joint) , supplying & conveying and fixing sluice/air valves(Sluice valve size 450/250/80mm and 80mm air valve) wherever necessary and as per scope of work in Vol II of NIT, including dismantling and demolishing R.C.C/C.C structure, stone rubble manually / by mechanical means including steel bars and stacking of serviceable material, paverblocks for reusing, disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres,shoring, close timbering, fencing with two rows of casuarina polesied with coir yarn / plastic caution tape in vertical casuarina pole , bailing out water with pumpset/ by man mazdoor,fitter and heavy load mazdoor, Fabricating MS pipes-75m(8 mm thick MS plate ) and flanges(16mm thick MS plate) of size 450mm- (ID) using 8 mm and 16mm thick MS plate including cost and conveyance charges of MS plate etc. as perspecificationsVol.II of NIT, including cutting ,welding,grinding and fabrication of MS plate , supplying ,laying and fixing of 400mm-( 2nos) flowmeter and pressure gauge( 6nos) by using man and mechinary, RCC 1:1.5:3 for anchor blocks incuding centering and shuttering etc.and restoration of CC roads with grade 1:3:6, constructing valve chambers of suitable size as per the specifications in Vol II of NIT, including Interconnection works between newly laid/ existing pipes of various sizes and materials, repairing damaged pipe lines,cables if any during excution of works including backfilling trenches after laying works with proper consolidation, as per the direction of Engineer in charge . Push through work- Push through for rail crossing with fabricating 450mm (ID) MS Pipe-50m,using 8mm thick MS plate with the fabricating Casing pipe of size 700mm(ID) MS pi pe ( 40m) using 10mm thick MS plate , fabricating MS flanges using 16mm thick MS plate including cost of materials conveying , laying cutting, hoisting, fixing, testing in position and applying a priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and two coats of coal tar including earth work as per the specifications in Vol II of NIT. bailing out water with pumpset, including providing and laying C.C 1:3:6, and R.C.C 1:1.5:3 &1:2:4, 12mm plastering 1:4 finished with floating coat of neat cement as per the specifications in Vol II of NIT.Fabricating 700mm & 300mm MS pipe using 8mm thick MS plate-4m each , incuding cost and conveyance charge MS plate with fabrication charge ,painting cutting ,welding ,grinding, including fabricating and supplying 700mm MS mechanical joint, labour charges including earth work , steel shoring, bailingout with pumpset, etc. as per thesatisfactory completion of the work and as per the specifications in Vol II of NIT. Supply , errection of pumpset-Supply,errection,,testing and commisioning of 120 Hp centrifugal pumpset at Thammanm pumphouse 2-nos. etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and scope of work in Vol.II of NIT
