Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight ( Dr Fixt /Cera /Krishna etc ) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)
