Supply and connecting of 4 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible Cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multi-stranded copper conductors, conforming to IS : 694- 1990 of 1100 Volt grade, dismantled/fixed under Sch ‘A’ item No. 1 here in above complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil all as dircted

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks sub class "B" designation 75 old size bricks for cable protection

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Disconnecting and taking up or down old existing GI tubing and connections 20 mm bore, including connected fittings/accessories and fixtures of any description/ grade and in any position in trenches/under floors/road / on walls etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 7 but of size 40 mm bore

Supply, fixing, laying, jointing & testing 20 mm bore of galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' conforming to IS-1239 with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc as required complete fixed checknuts, caps, plugs etc as required complete fixed to walls and ceilings, laid in trenches/under floor/under road or floors complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT UG cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 25 sqmm, 3.5 core .complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/Plaza/Universal/KEI/Polycab

Supply and fix Fresh air fan, AC, single phase 230 volts of size 200 mm sweep, plastic body with louvers and making of hole & grouting nut & bolts and connecting with 3 run of 1.5 sqm, single core, PVC insulated mulstistranded copper conductor FRLS cable from ceiling rose and making good the disturbed surface with existing colour matching complete. Note :- Fan shall be of Make- Havells Cat part No Ventil Air DX or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix B to particular specifications.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300mm sweep, heavy duty minimum air delivery discharge 6120 CMH suitable for SP, 230/250 volts, 50Hz, AC supply with louver sutter complete in existing opening and connecting with 3 core flexible 1.0 sqmm, PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Supply and Fixing of wall mounted fan high speed 230 V, single phase 50 HZ 450 mm sweep of model No. Airboll Hi -speed White of make Havells or equivalent make of Bajaj/ Crompton/ Khaitan

S&F in repair two pin and earth plug and socket with 1 MCB single pole 20 to 32amps C series 10KA in sheet metal enclosure and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match the existing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Credit for this items shall be made as per conditions separately.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards and cut outs etc. of any type and capacity along with the existing boards and removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surface/portion of walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any nos of wire and size with earth wire on wooden batten/surface conduit/casing caping complete with its all accessories.

S&F sub main wiring with two run single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 6sqmm nominal cross sectional area and one run of 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire drawn in and including 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits and fittings, including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: One unit length shall measured as two run of main wire and one run of conduit & earth wire

S & F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including taking out old unserviceable float vales.
