Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles/cemented tiles in floors,roof,terrace, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof including mixing of water proofing compound as per manuacture instruction finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on Concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & even and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application incl Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 25 mm bore pipe, including making connections including tank nipple to all incoming and outgoing pipes of siutable dia Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (Cap. 250 ltr to 500 ltr ) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius (110 mm ), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Material ad labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper including smoothing of plastered surface by applying wall care putty and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer (up to 2nd storey with necessary/ scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick /concrete, plastered /un-plastered surfaces of ceilings, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, oil, greasy spots , rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars,cornices surface including making good uneven surface/holes with birla wall care putty coloured in same shade where ever required etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornice etc (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Sch of credit.
