Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in lime mortar including quoins arches, pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layer n exc 30cm thick watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n exc 1.5m high from the base

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete for retaining walls, posts etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors including finishing even and smooth incl making impression on freshly laid concrete when it is green all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges,coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) kerbs or mut stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base,path,floor, hardstanding complete as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Material & labour for 80mm thick non skid pre polished coloured interlocking paver block made with electro vibro technology with rubber/ PVC moulded of not less than compresive strength 30 Kg/Cm and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:-The sample shall be got approved from the GE before bulk procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

All as per srl item No 21 here-in-before but 60mm thickness of M-35 Grade

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for bricks work as in half brick thick wall using sub class `B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.exceeding 6m radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L stone walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 etc in retaining walls, abutment and sililar work, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 27 here-in-before but except stone complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Stone recived from item No-02 will be re-used)

M&L for Flush pointing to random rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coursed CM 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into RCC slab for making 200mm x200m size hole about 10cm deep, fixing railing parapet balusters with welding with existing reinforcement and refilling the hole with concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for old steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described applying one coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete all as specified

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete all as specified

Supply & fix in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trench or floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.
