Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavation material exc. 250m but n exc. 500m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for rolling and consolidation of formation surface incl watering with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller consolidation to the required level gradient, camber etc in cutting/filling in and depression complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per grade I as specified table 400-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works, 2013, in single layer over compacted subgrade with nature sand , crushed gravel , crushed stone, crushed slag or combination there of as per the grading required . The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density.Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge. works, 2013.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, etc and applying evenly a priming /tack coat of bituminous primers VG-10grade @ 7.50 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacted 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layer grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular material premix with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and cobsolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of Morth specification for road and Bridge Work 2013.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous , macadam using 4.50 % paving bitumen of any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less .

Material and labour for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 2.50 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8-10 ton power road roller using paving bitumen (VG-30) complete all as specified.

Material and Labour precast cement concrete kerb stone machine pressed facory made of size 250 to 450 mm long, 100mm thick & 350 mm ldepth in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate including all necessary earthworks complete of size 400X100X300 mm finished fair, jointed and set in Cm 1:3 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
