Execavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1,&1603.2 2nd sort and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means and labour (if any required) Recovery for useful stone of 1387.97 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs.414291/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinry and hard rock work with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1. All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. Construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material including all leads and lift of material and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-25 (M-twenty five ) mechanically mixed and vibrated in super structure or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2014 clause 1401.4and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/ carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar( Fe415) reinforcement in super structrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1001 , including the cost of binding wire and hauling/ carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206. including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement : six sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement : five sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206 inlcuidng hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and lifts materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Flooring complete as per drawing and Technical specifications clouse 1303 laid over cement concrete bedding in cement mortar1:3( One cement : three sand) complete including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble flooring complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303.3 including hauling / carriage of all labour euipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm ( Four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS 280 and IS 4826 in 100x 100mm(One hundred x one hundred millimetre ) mesh (Woven diagonally) including Ten percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulder weighting not less then 25 kg.(Twenty five kilogram ) each as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 or culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement; two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets clause 1101. 900mm (Nine hundred milimetre) dia including hauling / carriage of all labour euipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm ( Six hundred Millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1206.3 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm(Seventy five millimetre ) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 with bitumen (VG-10) by mechanical means including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desire density complete as per technical specification clause 401 including hauling / carriage of all labour euipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Graading -I materials.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual mean including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual mean including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Prime Coat:- Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology ( for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg( One Kilogram) organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg( One hundred Kilogram) cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI :200 liter ( Two hundred liter)water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg( One Kilogram) of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter ( Two hundred liter)water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg( One hundred Kilogram) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg ( One hundred Kilogram) per sqm on compacted stone base as per technical specification clause -502.including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surfaces of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg. per sqm ( zero point seventy to one kilogram ) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause -502 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Tack Coat -Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC Accredited with cationic bitumen CRSI and water(<1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane:100 kg( One hundred Kilogram) cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI: 200 liter( Two hundred liter) water .Mixing & Spraying :Take 1.4 kg( One pont four kilogram) of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter( Two hundred liter) water while filling water in tanker/ drum and then add 100 kg( One hundred Kilogram) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4 liter( Zero point three to zero point four liter) per sqm on compacted stone base as per techanical specification clouse 503 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30kg(Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kilograme ) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydroulic broom as per techanical specification clouse 503. including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam VG-10 with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50(fifty ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.30 ( three point thirty) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.504 complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 50( fifty ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 ( Four pont five to five) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.45 x 0.25 ( zero point four five x zero point two five ) metre laying 10 cm. ( Ten centimetre )thick M-10 (M- ten) grade nominal mix drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grade . Dimension and other particular as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250( Two hundred fifty) gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35( Thirty five). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pavement marker (Cat eyes) made out of ABS plastics of size 128x110x29.5 mm (one hundred twenty eight x one hundred ten x twenty nine point five milimetre) without nail having 50 mm (fifty milimetre) stem of ABS. The pavement market shall be installed with epoxy Abs. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M-fifteen) grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 (eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated (ordinary, kilometre stone precast) including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing in position fifth kilometre stone precast in reinforced cemnt concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) mechnically mixed and vibrated of standard design as per indian Road Congress-8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads 2014 clause 1703 including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M- fifteen) grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC :28 ( Twenty eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated 200 metre (Two hundred metre ) stone including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx 5mm (twenty five milimetre into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (twenty five milimete into twenty five millimetre in to five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mm x75mm (seventy five milimetre in to seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-25 (M- twenty five) grade blocks of 450m x450mm 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred fifty milimetreinto six hundred milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx 47mm (forty seven milimetre in forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of super quality in required shade and colour. Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing 3 M. S three M.S plate 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick duly welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm (twenty five into twenty five into five milimetre) on edges, supported with 2 no vertical post and 2nos horizontal post mase of 75mm x 75mm (seventy five milimetre into seventy five milimetre)of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade blocks of 600mm x600mm x 750 mm (six hundred into six hundred into seven hundred fifty milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with preimer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1701 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC-67 made of 2mm thick M.S. sheet duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORTH specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two Nos. 47mmX47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mmX5mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mmX450mmX600mm,600mm below ground level as per Technical specification clause 1701 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm( One point five millimetre) thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm( Sixty five millimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 ( forty seven millimetre x forty seven millimetre x twelve millimetre)SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15( M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm( Four hundred fifty millimetre X Four hundred fifty millimetre x six hundred millimetre), 600 mm( six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing technical specification Clause 1701 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
