Refurbishment of existing Restrooms including civil, PH, electrical and other allied works in various plants and office buildings in NFC-Hyderabad.

Excavation in Trenches/foundation for septic tanks, pipes, sewers, storm water drains, footings etc in all soils except soft and hard rock at all depths from average ground level including dewatering if necessary, dressing bottom to required level, profile/slope, clearing of all the areas involving excavation of all grass,rank vegetation, shrubs,bushes,cutting of trees upto 300mm grith measured at 1.0 mtr above ground level disposing the soil within a distance of 50m, complete as directed.

Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, levelling, for all leads within NFC and lifts as directed by EIC.

Lead charges over initial leads, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable Earth, rock, concrete, debris etc. by Mechanical transport for all leads within NFC, complete as directed by EIC. Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck/ tractor measurements with deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rocks or debris respectively.

CEMENT CONCRETE of following mix using Pazzolona Portland Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20 mm maximum size at and at all depths below plinth level including consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete but excluding formwork as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade (Minimum Cementations Content not less than 340 Kg/Cum) by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla, Ready Mix up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications, pumping/ lifting concrete to the required height, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as per specifications but excluding form work, centering and shuttering and steel reinforcement at all depths below and above floor level, all complete as directed by EIC.
