ZONAL PATCH REPAIR WORK OF VARIOUS ROADS UNDER SUB DIVISION MAJHGAWAN DISTT SATNA M. P.

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing Primer coat, tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet material having binder content @ 14.6 kg per sqm and seal coat type B having bitumen content @ 6.8 kg per 10 sqm as per technical specification and compacting with three wheeled 80-100 kN Static Roller.

Filling Pot- holes and Patch Repairs with - Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2) (i) for grading I Material

Repair to pot holes by removal of failed material, trimming the sides to vertical and levelling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any appropriate method filled with 75mm B.M, applying bitumen tack coat at the bottom and vertical sides as per as per MoRT&H specification clause 3004.1 and 3004.2

Repair to cement concrete road by providing laying & Fixing mortar- based patch master & Liquid rapid harding chemical including cleaning of concrete surface and applying of special bounding liquid

Repair of old Joints Sealant Removal of existing sealant and re-sealing of contraction, construction longitudinal or expansion joints in concrete pavement with fresh sealant material

Restoration of rain cuts with soil, having CBR>12, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with power rammer to achieve 97% compaction to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MoRT&H specification clause 3002

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with smooth wheel roller, vibratory roller, hand roller, plate vibrator, plate compactor at OMC to achive atlist 97% of the Maximum dry density in accordance to MoRT&H specification clause 3003.3

Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders upto 100 mm thickness to the design level by adding fresh approved soil having CBR >12 and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC as per MoRT&H specification clause 3003

Providing painting, figuring and numbering as per IRC specifications complete with Synthetic Enamal Paint for ordinary Km. Stone. (ii) One coat on old work.

Providing painting, figuring and numbering as per IRC specifications complete with Synthetic Enamal Paint for 0.2 Km. Stones or Boundary Stones. (ii) One coat on old work.
