Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. As per DSR No. 2.8.1

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (excluding royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. As per SI No. 2.25 (a)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No.4.1.8

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 2.27

Antitermite treatment of along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: With Chlorpyriphos / Lindane E.C. 20% with 1 % concentration. As per SI No. 2.35.3.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from As per S.I. No. 5.1.2

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 Part Cement, 1.5 Part Coarse Sand and 3 Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in heavier beams excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade. As per S.I. No. 5.3

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 Part Cement, 1.5 Part Coarse Sand and 3 Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in COLUMN excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade. As per S.I. No.5.2.2

M.S. (T.M.T Fe 500) in plain work such as RCC work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire as per DSR SI NO-5.22. B.6

Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast tierods,gratings etc. ( when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required from including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for and welding, grinding and making holes as required completion of work fabrication of holes doors, chaukhats nosing. 10.31

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 6.1.1

Painting on D.P.C. with two coats of air blown bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.70Kg/Sqm approximate including cost of fuel if any. As per S.I. No. 4.13

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand mortar in in super structure above plinth level upto floor five level (upto five stories) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm. add to above items. As per S.I. No. 6.4.2

12mm thick Cement plaster in 1:6 in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. As per S.I. No. 1.1.1(Interior surface).

12mm thick Cement plaster in 1:6 in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. As per S.I. No. 13.4.2 (outer side)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) SI-13.5.1

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian, paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. As per S.I. No. 13.41.1

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth Exterior paint of approved make such as Super snowcem, Durocem, Robiance, Guttucem, Supercem quality and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (Two coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give and even shade after thoroughly after brushing the surface for each coat of waterproof cement paint after the first coat to give an even shade. As per S.I. No. 13.46.1

Painting Two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 13.62.1

Painting Two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on on new wood surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 13.48.2

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) Non- decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.(35mm thick Single leaf). As per S.I. No. 9.21.2

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints. INcluding 75 mm thick base with concrete 1:4:8 complete. As per Chapter No 14 S.L. No.11.41.2

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints. in Skirtin Dado As per Chapter No 14 S.L. No.11.46.2

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes As per SI No. 10.30.1

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised Aluminimum sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm. As per 9.62.1

Providing and fixing ISI marked Aluminimum tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : (a) 200 mm x 10mm. As per Chapter No. 1 Sl No. 19A(iv).

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm. As per Chapter No. 1 Sl No. 19C(ii).

Providing and fixing of Alluminimum hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete. As per Chapter No 1 S.L. No. 19D.

Providing and fixing of 110mm dia on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion . (i) Single socketed pipes. As per SI No. 12.41.2
