Demolishing of old structure of existing chlorination plant at Hawa Mahal pre Chandrawal Water Works-I

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drain ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lifts upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil.

Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40mm thick normal size including spreading , well ramming, consolidating and grouting with Yamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nomial size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nomial size).

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Cantering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for : columns , pillars ,Abutment, posts and Strut.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of cantering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, lacing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars.

MS base plate 1000 X 1000 X 5mm thick for holding the colomn 3.14 X 1 X 1 X 0.005 X 7850 = 123.24 X 12= 1478.94KG @ 70/KG

MS base plate nut bolts and double washer , size 12mm dia. X 200mm dia. Long for grouting

FRP Coating for all columns , beams , truss , complete job

Providing and Fixing of FRP sheet fabricated with fiber reinforced glass and resin with hardener for covering the chlorination plant , size 5mm thick , size 20 x 7.5 Mtr top and size 30 + 10 X 1 =190 Sq. mtr.

Erection, Testing, Commissioning, Labour charge and gurantee charges for One Year.
