Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- i) With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Neat cement punning.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete. Approved Brand:-Asian(Tru Care exterior wall primer,Water thinable/Berger ( Weather coat exterior primer,Alkali guard, Anti -effloressent/Nerolac, Primer exterior, water thinable.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic exterior paint (one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Approved Brand of paint:- Asian Paints (Weather Coat: Apex Ultima )/Berger (Weather coat: Long Life 10)/Nerolac (Weather Coat: Excel everlast 12 exterior emulsion paint )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: i) Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick pre-polished colored concrete designer tiles making by strong vibratory compaction technology using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement of size 300mm x 300mm, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (working pressure 4 kg/cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : i) Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion:

i) Single equal tee without door a) 110x110x110mm

ii) Bend 87.5° a) 110mm

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
