M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed . Note:water proofing compound shalll be measured and paid seperatly.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg cement per Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified joint free coloured tiles, 10mm to 12mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.20 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non-skid ceramic tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping the spelled and old concrete removing loosely adhering particles using wire brushes and make the structure for the application of Polymer Modified mortar complete complying with standard specification including lead and lift for an average thickness of 30mm including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The cleaning of bar shall be in such a way that No rust shall be stick on it. 2. The removal of defective concrete shall be right round the bar, when going behind the necessary thickness

M&L for providing polymer modified mortar using cement motar 1:3 mixed with metorbond cement modifier cum bonding agent @ 5 ltr per bag of cement or using SBR liquid 5% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions. The repair shall be carried out in already prepared surface (i.e chipping and reinforcement priming) where the application of Renderoc RG/Emcekrete fluid mico concreting is not possible.
