Maintenance and repair to existing street / perimeter security light fittings / solar lights etc of any type / size from date of work order / physically handing over site to contractor as nature the work is of urgent requirement keeping security of areas and any specifications, fittings / fixed of poles, buildings or watching towers of any height, services provided by One Skilled Electrician and One helper, in one shift of eight hours per day from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for finding faults in LT feeder and light fittings, liasoning with connectioning sub station of MES, reporting to concerned JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge about the faults complete manpower for repair including rectifying the same by replacing defective spare parts as directed by Engr-in-Charge at various location complete all as specified and directed. for ZONE-I,II & III. Note :- 1. The quoted rate shall be include for cutting / cleaning the grass / vegetations by removing roots surrounding the substation / feeder pillar / two / four pole structure and pruning / cutting the tree branches upto 3 m from the LT / HT overhead lines. 2. Spare parts of light fitting / fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' BOQ as supply only as per requirement for repair / replacement however providing manpower on daily basis as quoted above.

Taking out old/unserviceable/ damaged flood light fitting any type and providing energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 flood light, suitable for 200 watts complete including twin core 1.5 Sqmm copper wire for each light fitting (minimum 2 RM for each light)etc complete all as specified and directed of make: Havells Cat Part: JETAIRISMAXFL200WLED757PWBLTG or technocommerically equivalent in Phillips /Polycab/Wipro/Crompton.

Taking down old /brunt out service connection of any type and rating and providing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 Core served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspensions wire but with two single core cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old /unserviceable electric cable of any size and type and provisioning of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note – Necessary excavation, returning filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

Taking out old /unserviceable electric cable of any size and type and provisioning of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note – Necessary excavation, returning filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (any type of soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part -1 of 2009. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

Sub class `B` bricks designation 75 oid size laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing Light grade 50mm bore as in mechanical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable / damaged street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 1.5m long bent to shape required fixed to pole / wall complete all as specified and directed.

Replcement of structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of zink chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable driver of any type and Provisioning of LED street light driver of capacity 25 to 40 watt as per existing fittings, complete all as specified and directed Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips/Wipro/C&S.

Taking out old unservicable driver of any type and Provisioning of LED street light driver of capacity 45 to 60 watt as per existing fittings, complete all as specified and directed Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips/Wipro/C&S.

Taking out old unservicable driver of any type and Provisioning of LED street light driver of capacity 70 to 100 watt as per existing fittings, complete all as specified and directed Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips/Wipro/C&S.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
