i)The firm which have experience in preparation of DPRfor atleast 1similar nature of work i.e., preparation of DPR for Industrial Layout/Residential Layout costing not less than Rs.100.00 Crores and other relevant works in Government/Pubic Sector/ Government undertaking Organisations in the last five years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced in the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). (ii) The Firms which have completed preparation of DPR for similar nature of work i.e., preparation of DPR for Industrial Layout/Residential Layout atleast 1 No. in Government/public sectors/Government undertaking Organisations with an extent of not less than 350.00 acres in the last five financial years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

The Firm should have achieved in, atleast any two financial years, financial turnover of Rs.200.00 Lakhs in last 5years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26).
