Replacement of Medium Voltage MV Panel Board at Substation-3

Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type compartmentalized cubical type panel fabricated by 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with RAL 7032 powder coated and necessary 800A 4 strip copper busbar of suitable size supporting finger type insulator and earth bus as required with necessary angle iron frame work all around the bottom for standard mounting arrangements with suitable accommodation for fixing the following switchgear and accessories, connections interconnections with suitable size of FRLS/HFFR grade PVC insulated copper conductor etc. as required. Incoming-2Nos (TR1 I/C + TR2 I/C) & Buscoupler - 1 No 4P, 800A, 50kA Microprocessor Based UW-MTX1.5G EDO ACB with dedicated EF relay with Electrical interlocking including shunt release and closing coil, 800/5A Class 1.0 Current Transformer, R, Y, B Indication Lamp, Multifunction Meter Class 1.0 with RS 485, Auto/Manual switch, etc. as required including accessories as per the site condition.The Modification of the existing electrical drawings and Single Line Diagram (SLD) of the substation as required to comply with the prevailing KSEI norms and statutory requirements. The scope shall include site visit(s), verification of the existing installation, preparation and submission of revised drawings/documents, and coordination for statutory approval through a licensed Class A Electrical Contractor. Statutory application fees, inspection charges, and other government fees payable to KSEI shall be reimbursed separately on submission of original challans/receipts.

Dismantling of existing MV panel with necessary bus interconnection & cable termination, wirings, ACB etc removing without any damage and handing over at site. (Site visit recomended)

Checking, tracing, and preparation of as-built wiring drawings of the existing control panels in the substation, including site verification of all control wiring, terminals, relays, and interconnections; preparation and submission of wiring drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF formats; supply of one hard copy and framing of drawing under a transparent acrylic sheet for display at the substation, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Site visit Recommended)

Hiring of 500 kVA Diesel Generator Set with suitable rating Temporary Distribution Panel Providing on rental basis, including all necessary power cables of adequate current-carrying capacity, cable terminations, earthing, testing and commissioning, load shifting, operation, deployment of one qualified technician/operator during the entire period of operation, supply and consumption of diesel, transportation, loading, unloading, installation, dismantling, and all labour, tools, tackles, consumables, and incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Site visit is recommended.
