1/ N.S. Item a) Operations and maintenance of Combined High Pressure Jetting-cum-Suction (Vacuum) type Hydraulically Operated Sewer Cleaning machine duly mounted on 16 Ton GVW, Multi Axle Vehicle chassis having an output rating of not less than 130 HP & Wheel Base 4225± 10% EURO-IV version of make TATA/ASHOK Leyland/Eicher/AMW alongwith cabin of Truck with PTO for operation in sewer conduits of size ranging from 200mm to 900mm dia meter and on manholes constructed thereon. The detailed specifications of Hydraulically operated Sewer cleaning machine are enclosed as “Annexure-A”. The vendor will carry out the operation & maintenance as per machine specification in consultation with the machine supplier i.e. M/s Ensole Multiclean Equipment Pvt. Ltd. 401, Neelkhnath Opp. Sahakar Bhawan, Bhawani Singh Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan and if any extra work beyond the scope of machine supplier is required, the same will also be carried out by the contractor. i) 1 No. Driver cum Operator and 3 No. helpers ii) 1 No. part time service mechanic and any other activity for performance of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
b) Maintenance of sewer cleaning machine which includes service of vehicle repairing of all parts of suction pump, jetting, pump, dump tank, PTO etc. complete in all respect Taking 8 Nos services in a year. For 2 Years = 8 x 2 = 16 Nos.
2/NS Item a) Provision for replacement of Thermoplastic Jetting Hose 1” High Pressure and any other activity for performance of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The payment of the item will be made as per requirement if existing jetting hose pipe damage during the execution of work and concerned SDE should be ensured that the replacement of pipe is required.
b) Provision for replacement of nozzle alongwith complete swell adopter for jetting of Make Nuova – Italy and any other activity for performance of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The payment of the item will be made as per requirement if existing nozzle damage during the execution of work and concerned SDE should be ensured that the replacement of nozzle is required.
