Removal of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage up to 1st manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from P trap of WC and dispossing off complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from traps of kitchen/bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage up to gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap and disposing off complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)., as in Slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balconies,complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- reinforcement to be measured separately)

S & F mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone or boulder/ PCC block masonery built in cement or cement lime mortar and disposal of old materials, debris and rubish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for bricks work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 ,type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests squatt pattern closet also includes setting the CI trap and pan in lime concrete (1 lime, 2 sand or surkhi and 5 aggregate), min. 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing (thickness as indicated) and making good floor to match with existing surface including cutting to the flush pipe and necessary repair to the floor complete all as specified and directed.
