Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and comprehensive maintenance for entire project including luminaire of the following DOBRA Chanthi, HMV CABLE BRIDGE Project. Modern fixtures with LED lamps Color Changing Luminaire IP-66 or higher. The bidder shall prepare the detailed scheme, design and drawings with a list of fixtures /fittings/lamps/poles/cables/switchgears/equipments etc proposed to be used in the scheme with their detailed description along with the proposed lux levels to be achived in various locations. A soft and hardcopy of the scheme/drawing showing all the details is required to be submitted by the agency. The successful firm will be required to supply, install, test, commission, operate and maintain all the illumination/lighting, fixtures, cables and other gadjets, equipments provided as per their design, confirmation to all safety regulations and quality standards as per NABL, BIS and IEC test reports as mentioned in document with the minimum features including operation and comprehensive maintenance for one year defect liability period and then for four years as per scope of work. All the luminaires should have passed ingress protection - IP66 or above with adequate heat sink with proper thermal management shall be provided.The adequate anti corrosion and weather proof nut bolts and brackets are required to be included with the fixtures considering the wind velocity of 90KM per Hour. OperatingTemperature:-5°C to + 50°C,Operating Humidity:10%-90%,Housing to have adjustable base bracket for angle adjustment so that the light direction can be adjusted to illuminate desired structural elements. NOTE:1. The price quoted willl be inclusive of cost of DMX 512 controller, DMX loop cables, waterproof IP67 connectors, Amplifiers, HD FRLS PVC conduit for DMX cable, cable tray, splitter box, suply cables to the fixture with the weatherproof GI enclosure for DMX contoller, splitter, amplifier, network switch, drivers, inclusing cost of programming charges and all the accesories like connecting Circuit of Cu wire /Cable (Feeder Pillar Panel to All LED luminaire Fixture ) required for smooth running of the system . All the luminaires shall be covered by rigid anti-corrosion metalic cages, to provide special protection from monkey menace and human access. NOTE : 4. The bidder has to illuminate the entire bridge as per slides uploaded & the effects should match 95 to 100% after completion of the work before making the payments.
