Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description in ground floor n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified and dirceted.

Excavation over areas exc 1.50 m not 3.00 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand packing of broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 (design mix) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in retaining wall, walls and like any thickness,above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of wall , retaining walls , parapets and railing and similar work including attached buttresses etc vertical to batter and fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form works rough finished surfaces of concrete side of concrete foundation , footing , bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any ) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work flat , vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, landings and similar work, exceeding 200mm thick( Horizontal or Sloping ), for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hunching, girder, lintels, cantilever, shelves including supports, etc also splays between floors and beams etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone and boulders of gauge 80 to 150 mm in , weep holes soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring for bored cast in situ piles of 500mm dia, approximately 12 metres in any type of strata and getting out and disposal of spoil not exe 100M, using DMC Method (Direct Mud Circulation) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(a)The rate include cost of boring, with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Soil strata/ soil investigation report is attached herewith as APPX G for reference. Soil data are are as per soil report,. Contractor shall quote rate accordingly. However, the contractor may recheck the said report through fresh tests if he desires to do so and nothing extra on this account of any variation in soil strata shall be admissible at later stage. (c) Actual length of the piles may vary during execution and the payment will be made based on the said actual lengths of the pile during casting . (d) Mobilization of all necessary T&P as required at site entirely shall remain the responsibility of the contractor. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all such aspects whatsoever.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.
