Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc incl disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site or to store as directed by Engineer incharge.

Taking down shutters any description exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing the shutter in same opening after easing and adjusting complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate with block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width in set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 12.5 cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- all as per above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages- (i) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and old roof plaster including cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat apply after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

Dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified.

S&F PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type 5-7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.)

S&F in repair PVC hollow false ceiling interlocking type 5-7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted with MS hollow grid (light weight) section 25mmx25mmx1mm thick including fillets on joints, with hanging arrangements and including maintain levels with adjustable clips, complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- If any minor electrical fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.)

S&F Gypsum board 6-8mm thick in ceilling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, plain/ colour fixed with steel snap grid (powder coated bottom side) with 'T' and 'L' (25mmx30mmx1.00mm thick) section of size 600mm x 600mm placed in ceiling 'L' section fixed to wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws @ 600mm centre to center, including provided 5.0 mm dia galvanised bars/ wire suspended @ 1.80 mtr centre to center both sides proper hanging arrangements and maintain levels with adjustable clips, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface with Liquid water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement provided as floating / setting coat of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The plaster shall be provided when the concrete is green and plaster surfaces shall be steel toweled to get a smooth surface usining extra cement. Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates with water proofing compound as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges coping etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note (WPC as per manufacturer's instruction shall deemed to be inclusive of this item.No extra payment will be paid on this account.)

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in skirting / dado, cut out of ceramic tiles of size not exceeding 0.36 sqm, (Matching with floor tile of the same room) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm laid in floor, set and jointe (square/ rectangular) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note (WPC as per manufacturer's instruction shall deemed to be inclusive of this item.No extra payment will be paid on this account.)

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 300x450mmx7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Preparation of existing demolised portion by scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC and providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work and reinforced with low carbon annealed wire in hexagonal shape 1.0mm diametre chicken wire mesh of size 25mm complete. (iv) Providing & fixing new reinforcement of various diameters as required at site in the form of mild steel and /or steel confirming to IS and lapping, welding, anchoring suitable to the old reinforcement including cutting, bending with all tools & tackles etc; (v) Applying 1st coat rendering of 10mm thick in CM (1:3) over demolished concrete facia/projection surfaces and allow to dry 6-8 Hrs and cured with gunny jute bag. (vi) Applying finished coat of 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand over 1st coat rendered surfaces and finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound and making drip mouldings as reqiured and cured with jute gunny bag for 7 days,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vii) Preparation of surface and applying two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of exterior wall care putty to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Reinforcement shall be paid in respective item of Schedule A) The rates quoted by the bidders/Contractor shall include the following:- (a) Work carried out up to 12 Mtr in height. (b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and all protective measures responsibilty. (c) Removal of excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed by Engr-in Charge.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
