Dismantling of Stone masonary in Cement Mortar, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH - By Mechanical Means

Earthwork excavation as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH upto 3mts depth as per RBR-FNDN-1 for Drains.

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification and drawing including cost and conveyance of materials to site with all leads, lifts including watering, tamping, ramming, labour charges, all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per detailed specification and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

Providing Plain cement concrete M7.5 nominal mix as approved by the department using 40 mm Graded hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, centering, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

VRCC M- 20 Design mix (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mmsize graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost andconveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excludingSeigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Drains

VRCC M- 20 Design mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(COVER SLAB AND CULVERT)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work.

Bailing out of water from pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets, inlcuding hire charges, fuel charges & wages for Driver and Helper

Removal of wet silt and sludge by manual means from sullage drains with aid of baskets and vessels including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , required material for labour etc., for finished item of the work

Centering Charges for RCC vertical walls of plane surface including all type of labour charges (Open drains) for 600 mm and above.

Manufacture,supply,delivery and fixing of Window grills, Compound wall grills, Iron Doors, Windows made with MS flats etc including welding,finishing,applying red oxide paint as primary coat etc complete unit 1.00 kgs

Carting Of Excavated Earth with a lead of 3 KM including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.(inclusive Contractor profit and over head charges)

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing Vibratory Cement Concrete M20 grade design mix as approved by the department using 20 mm Graded hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, centering, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge for road work
