CERTAIN MISC B/R WORKS PERTAINING TO THE HANGER DOORS, SHUTTERS, SWT, STEEL STRUCTURE WITH ASSOCIATED MISC WORKS UNDER TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Dismantling of structural steel work including sliding doors, gates using hydra crane but excluding framed truss etc height upto 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for using hydra crane height exc 10.00 Meter but n.exc. 20.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild structural steel work using hydra crane in rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild structural steel work using hydra crane in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer height exc 10.00 Meter but n.exc. 20.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in SWT covers, doors or gates, shafts, cast wheels channels, angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welded steel wire fabric of weight n.exc. 4kg/sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing de-railed Hanger doors with using hydra crane, shafts of hanger door of size exc 20 sqm but n.exc 30 sqm each including cast wheels and overhauling to existing hanger door wheels and shafts through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearing and repair/replacement of shafts of suitable size and making functionable and refixing the bearing, wheels and shafts etc in same position height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball bearing, wheels and shafts shall be measured seperately under respective items as supply only under respective items.

Taking down existing de-railed Hanger doors with using hydra crane, shafts of hanger door of size exc 30 sqm but n.exc 40 sqm each including cast wheels and overhauling to existing hanger door wheels and shafts through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearing and repair/replacement of shafts of suitable size and making functionable and refixing the bearing, wheels and shafts etc in same position height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball bearing, wheels and shafts shall be measured seperately under respective items as supply only under respective items.

Supply only ball bearing of size / No 6208 or equivalent as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make- TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply only hanger door wheel with rollers including required accessoriese etc. complete all as specified and directed.
