MISC WORKS INCLUDING SCRAPPING AND DE-ROOTING VEGETATION GRASS, CREEPERS ALONG EDGES AND AROUND LIGHTS OF PAVEMENTS AND GRASS CUTTING THROUGH BUSH CUTTERS, AND REPAIRS TO MONSOON DRAIN AND DRAIN COVER SLAB TO PAVEMENT SHOULDERS IN TECH AREA GE BIDAR

Schedules of Works Note : i) The scope of work is to be carried out in a Restricted Area. The contractor will be permitted to execute works within time schedule permitted depending on Schedule of the Controlling Authorities. As such Contractor claim of handing over site in piecemeal at later stages will not be acceptable. ii) Whenever Controlling Authorities permit to carryout works catered in Scope of Tender, the Contractor shall mobilize required Tools & Plants, Material and Labour and execute the works required as per requirement within the time frame, failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- per activity of works will be imposed and deducted from RAR / Final Bill which ever is claimed earlier.

Grass cutting on shoulder of pavements, taxi tracks, over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling, shrubs, bush weed, undergrowth, roots, trees not exceeding 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc., complete to a distance of 1.00 to 1.50 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Cutting and trimming of grass above ground level shall be done using mechanical grass cutter machine with operator and manual labour is permitted as per requirement of station controlling authorities and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Minimum 4 Nos of heavy duty petrol bush cutter (Grass cutting machine) having minimum daily output of 5000 sq m grass cutting per day is required along with operator. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of above provisions and nothing extra is payable in this regards.

All as per Serial Item No 1 here-in-above, but grass scrapping and de-rooting the vegetation / Grass, creepers along the lights of runways complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone masonry / brick work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kg f / Sq cm laid in trenches / weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof /chajja padding including removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.
