Procurement of Electrical Items required for Conversion of Major RLI Scheme

Supply and Delivery of 20 H.P Electro Motor Pump set having capacity of 210 cubic meter per hour discharge at 18 meter total head. The Motor shall be designed for operation at 415 V (+10%), 3 Phase, 50 Cycles per Sec (+-5%), A.C Supply 1500 r.p.m. The Motor shall be TEFC, ISI marked as per IS 12615 with latest amendments thereof. The Pump (of size 150x150mm) shall be horizontal, single stage, split casing, conforming to ISI specification as per IS-6595/1993 with latest amendments hereof. Pump should be directly coupled with Motor and mounted on a common fabricated M.S Base frame.

Supply and Delivery of Sheet metal enclosed re-wireable type Fuse, Main switch, 500 VOLTS, 3 phase, 50 Cycles A.C Supply conforming to IS:60947 (part-3)/1993 for-100 Amps 415 volts A.C TPN Main Switch.

Supply and Delivery of Sheet metal enclosed re-wireable type Fuse, Main switch, 415 VOLTS, 3 phase, 50 Cycles A.C Supply conforming to IS:60947 (part-3)/1993 for-63 Amps 415 volts A.C TPN Main Switch.

Supply of 20 HP Electromagnetic Star-Delta mottor controllers with 4 pole heavy duty Power Contactor, single phasing preventer and normal protective features, MCB, Indicators, push buttons, Ammeter, & Voltmeter, all in IP54 enclosure of min 16swg. C R sheet steel, 10 tank process powder coat painted and as per technical specification, as per IS: 60947.

Supply and Delivery of 12 mm thickness Busbar Chamber (100Amps, 500Volts) chamber 300 mm x 250 mm x105mm in size fitted with 12 mm x3 mm x230 mm copper bar (4bars) supplied with requisite brass nuts & bolts equivalent to bore size with at least 2 nos. of putter and 1 no inlet holes of 1-1/4" size on iron legs on w. board including arrangement of double earthing by 10 SWG GI wires.

Electrical connection to Motor & internal wiring of Pump House

Supply with Fitting & fixing of fabricated wooden pannel board of size 6 ft x 4 ft x1 inch with M.S. clamp on the wall of pump house/kiosk box in barge including jumming 2'-1" long 4 nos. angle made of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm M.S. angle welded with the pannel board for jamming in the wall by cement concrete (4:2:1). necessary arrangements will be made by the contractor at his own cost for fitting fixing the following electrical equipments/ meatrials in to the pannel board including 2 coats of painting of synthetic enemal paints of approved quality over one coat of primar including smoothening surface as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 32 Amps / 63 Amps / 100 Amps / 415V rewireable type porcelain body Fuse top & base complete set confirming to IS: 13947/ Part-4/Sec-I/1993 over wooden plank/ board on wall and making necessary connection with the electrical cables as per direction of E.I.C. i) 100 Amps.

Supplying and fixing Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall. a) 16 Amps Havells make.

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. i)2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) (from cut out to 16 Amp Main Switch)

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to 240 V 5Amp 3 pin plug point incl. S&F 240 V 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket & piano key type switch (Anchor make) incl. S&F earth continuity wire, fixed on sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board with bakelite/ perspex (wall matching colour) top cover (3 mm thick) flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to originalfinish [PVC casing capping and Switch board both on surface] (i) Avg Run 7.5 meter.

Supply & Fixing angular batten holder (Anchor) on 75mm dia PVC round block / round bakelite on wall/ceiling.

Supplying & Fixing bulk head light fitting (Havells make) with die cast aluminium housing & frosted glass on wall/ceiling incl. S&F 8watt CFL / 100 watts GLS lamp complete set.

Fixing only of 100 A, 415 V sheet steel TPN main switch on Angle iron Frame on wall.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:By ISI-Medium G.I. Pipe.

Supplying and fixing earth bar of galvanized (hot dip) M.S. Flat 25 mm × 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm. from wall including providing drilled holes on busbar complete with G.I. bolts, nuts, washers spacing insulators etc. as required for tapping.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including supplying and fixing G.I. (hot dip) Wire on wall/floor with stapples burried inside floor/wall as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable, lugs etc. as required and mending good all the damages.By Solid 8 S.W.G. GI Wire.

Insulation testing of internal wiring of Pump House/Kiosk Boxincluding wiring of electric Motor & other ancilary equipments by means of Megger.

Placing and positioning the Centrifugal pump motor set on the pump base/pump house floor, alligning properly with necessary packing and fixing the set with holding down nuts and washer including cutting holes of requisite size in the floor / base, grouting the bolts and mending good all damages- complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra rate add @ 7 % on every items excluding item nos. 3.01, 3.02, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.20, 3.21 (for South Dinajpur District)
