Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface in broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floor and pavings and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/Floor finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of posts, railing and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trrussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framming (Beam,Tee, Angle, Channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ 150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone agreegate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, chamfered, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces over alkali resistant primer on wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struct ( RCC) any section inc taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing fixed in slots of angle iron posts of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work in post and struts for fencing, hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for fixing of wooden hand rails, bluster, running bars, nosing steps,wind ties, flat iron fillets and the like including necessary cutting, drilling holes, notching etc. as required conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, any mesh , size and type to standards, rails, straining bolts , etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing size of mesh 50X50mm and 3.8mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel Screw Bolts (Machine Made) with Hexagonal or Square Heads not exc 5cm long, 11 to 15mm dia neck with washers and 2 nut complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in doors or gates, windows, ventilators of angle/rectangular or square hollow section or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, windows, ventilators etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door, window, ventilator fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (factory made/ factory fabricated) medium duty (10MT MD-10) with M-30 grade of concrete suitably reinforced with strong vibrating compaction by vibratory table protected with suitably mild steel flat iron on outer side of cover conforming to IS-12592:2002 (Part-I & 2) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes /drain covers etc), shelves and similar articles (shape and size as directed) with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Reinforcement and MS work will be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel framed work as in manhole cover frames conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, edging including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L125 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 gde St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (150AZ) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge, Gutter, Gable flashing, corner flashing etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, as in rafters and purlins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Round Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with MS post of grade Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
