M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm broken stone or boulders deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L PCC (1:3:6) C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C1in 1:3:6 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 CM in widdth and setting in CM 1;6

M&L Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling as in drains in cement mortar 1:3 including raking out joints of new work etc complete all as specified.

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings of walls and similars work including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered and throating all as specified and as directedall complete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L Providing setting coat 3mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish to foregoing cement concrete surface, when concrete is still green and over plastering surfaces inside manholes etc with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified.

Supply only PVC (SWR) 75mm pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors(Make: Prince/Supreme/Kisan)

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Supply & laying reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2,450mm dia, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified over concrete bed all as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes, 450mm dia, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering in CM 1:6 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement)

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil.

Removing surplus excavated material to exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed
