Water chiller with all accessories LOT-integral mounting frame for all the components.LOT-refrigerant piping & valves.LOT-insulation of chiller and suction line LOT first charge of refrigerant and lube oil.LOT-vibration isolation pads.Automatic capacity control unit to regulate the capacity down to 40% Micro-processor control panel.Safety controls as per spec and control wiring and interlock shall be included in the chiller cost. The plant should be warrantied for a period of three years and shall carry out free fully comprehensive maintenance during warranty period including attending all repairs, replacing defective spares and fault should be rectified with in the time allowed as per the special conditions attached, supply and filling of Gas, Lib oil and maintain the plant in good working condition at all time during the warranty period etc, as required
