Point wiring for One light/fan/Bell Point controlled by one single pole one way switch, using 1.50 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cables in and including rigid non-metallic PVC casing and caping, fittings including pressed steel terminal switch boxes and 3 mm thick plate for fixing of switches/sockets and fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.50 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connected to earth dolly in and including taking down carefully aluminium /Copper conductor point wiring (light, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately)and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the existing good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. match with the existing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding.

Sub main wiring with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cables with stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including PVC casing caping and accessories including one single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dully complete in and including taking down of old unservicable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 2 run of 4 Sqmm ,1 run of PVC casing caping & 1 run of 4 Sqmm earth cable will be measured as single run. (ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Distribution box Double door type , TPN 4 way,with required rated bus bar, 415/430 Volts for MCBs, grouted flush to walls complete with IP 43 and metal double door ,epoxy powder coated in and including taking down of old unservicable main switches /Distribution board including fuses MCBs after removing all connection and making good the disturb surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

MCB TPN, 63 Amps, 415 Volts ,50 Hz ,16 KA to be housed in DBs Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCBs fixed as in replacment ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

MCB SPN 32/40A, 240 V -10 KA complete with all accessories as required on site fixed as in replacment ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCCB four pole 400 AMP 415 volts, 50 HZ breaking capacity not less than 35KA. thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100% and fixed short circuit confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader links in and including taking down of unserviceable of old MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

MCCB four pole 250 AMP 415 volts, 50 HZ breaking capacity not less than 35 KA. thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100% and fixed short circuit confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader links in and including taking down of unserviceable of old MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

MCCB four pole 63 AMP 415 volts, 50 HZ breaking capacity not less than 16 KA. thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100% and fixed short circuit confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader links in and including taking down of unserviceable of old MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Changeover switch on load, 4 pole 400 Amp including providing necessary cable lugs of adequate size & dressing of cable as required in and including taking down of unserviceable of old Chang over ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
