Providing and applying wall putty of white cement or polymer or cement based putty of approved make with average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2-3 hrs. sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work, excluding scaffolding charges - for internal and external walls - For Old Work

Painting Two coats for Internal walls - New with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for interior grade-I (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for new plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting Two coats for Internal walls - Old with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for interior grade-I (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for old plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting Two coats for old Wood work / Old plastered surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Flooring with Antiskid floor tiles 1st quality of all series & shades (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with granite slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8 mm rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32 mm. Door Frame section of 45x75 MM .The two vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x50 mm long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/ assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 No.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28-30 mm thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3 mm top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch/ 4 inch hinges. Minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi- chamberedframe with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent .
