Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of existing normal roof treatment, any type from RCC roof slab including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar, felt etc and cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished materials outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 8.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling under floors & like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and including neccesary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including a coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of unions brass to connect iron to polyethylene and fixed for 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC casing capping not less than 20 mm width shall be measured as one run length. Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the PVC casing capping.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth wire, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and including dismantling of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 5 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire and earth wire upto 7.5 m. Any variation below or above shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Sch ‘A’.

S&F in renewal of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
