Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 2km by mechanical transport all kind of soil. Material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) vertical surface sch as wall any thickness partition plaster and string course and like

Providing & laying cement concrete in retaining wall ( any thickness) i/c attached pillaster, col. Piers, abutments, pillers, post struts buttresses string or locking course parapets coping bed blocks anchor block plain window sill fillets sunken floors etc. up to floor level, excluding the cost of centring , shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PVC pipes in weep holes. 100mm dia. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling behind the retaining wall including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:- (A ) In gratings framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works

P/F expended metal to wood or steel member in partition weight not exceeding 3kg / Sqm including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
