Lump sum charges for erection & removal of inside and outside scaffolding for NDT jobs for LPG Sphere as described under Clause No. 1.38.2, 1.38.17 & 1.38.21 of Scope of Work.

Charges for jobs of Repair, Inspection of Repair, Painting, Insulation & other Replacement jobs

Repair by grinding as described under clause 1.38.7 of scope of work. (Unit of Measurement - Running length of grinding in meters)

Hydrogen diffusion treatment as described under clause 1.38.8 & 1.38.9 of scope of work

Repair by Welding as described under clauses 1.38.10 of scope of work.

Stress relieving, Inspection, Cleaning of outer exposed and painting and supply & fixing of fresh insulation as described under clauses 1.38.11, 1.38.12, 1.38.13, 1.38.14 & 1.38.19 of Scope of Work.

Repair of fire proof coating on legs of sphere as described under Clause 1.38.20 of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 2" pipe connections between the Sphere nozzle and isolation valves of PSVs of LPG Spheres as described under Clause No.1.38.22 (a) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 8" Elbow between sphere nozzle and vapour balance ROV of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (b) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 10" Elbow between sphere nozzle and recirculation line ROV of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (c) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 2 nos. of 6'' ball valves, #Class 300 for isolation of LT Chamber of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (d) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 25 nos. of 2'' gate valves of Class# 300 for sampling lines and PSV of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (e) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 10 nos. of 3/4'' gate valves of Class# 800 for PT/LT points of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (f) of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 10 nos. of 1 1/2'' gate valves of Class #800 for PG Lines of LPG Spheres as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (g). of scope of work.

Supply & replacement of 6 nos. of 1/2'' gate valves of Class#800 of PG & drain port of the spool assembly between LT & isolation valve as per Clause No. 1.38.22 (h) of scope of work.
