Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type-C1, using 20 mm graded aggregate in coping , cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints 110 mm dia laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints 75 mm dia laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of blockage of WHBs, kitchen sink, traps & sewage line upto first manhole, manually by rodding or by pumping, etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MoD land, complete all as directed.

Taking out solid content from sump/Soakage pits/septic tank and sewage lines in foul conditions and confined places, either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Defence Area and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge. ( Note : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account).

Note for item No. 20 to 22 : (i) The rates quoted in these items are including cost of necessary T&P. (ii) Contractor has to engage min one safaiwala/sweeper for complete area of 217 Transit Camp with cellphone. The safaiwala/sweeper will report daily in morning hrs in complaint cell/sub-division office with all necessary T&P for complaint incl T & P for excavation if required.
