Works contract for Conversion of existing LT OH to UG cable at Therodum Veethigal of Arulmigu Thayumanaswamy temple in Rockfort section of Urban/ Trichy division in Trichy Metro EDC.

Transporting of UG cable drum from Departmental stores to site by engaging private vehicle/lorry/crane with suitable bedding arrangements including loading and unloading , leads and lifts etc.., complete.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soils within an intial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in trenches for cable trenches (narrow pits)

Cutting open the Black topped road surface for a widh 0.6m and depth of 1.2m including the cost for providing signal boards, lights, watch and ward to regulate the traffic, taking all precautions to protect the men, materials and the public from any possible accidents etc.., using JCB/Aircompr (OR) drilling machines etc.., wherever necessary (at anytime throught the day) including taking all precautions to prevent any damages to the telecom and Water lines

Providing crusher dust instead of sand bedding with good quality to a depth upto 150mm (6") including cost of materials, labour, leads and lifts etc.., complete

Refilling with excavated earth, consolidating in layers and the top brought for line with the existing surface including cost of labour lead lift etc.., complete

Laying of PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm HBG metal over the casing PVC pipes provided at the road/Drainage crossings streets in cable ducts etc.., including cost of all materials, lead,lift labour charges, watch and ward, danger light sinal board etc.., complete.

RCC 'V' troughs laying over the UG cable to propper grade and alignment inside the cable trench, printing letters of not less than 75mm on either side of the troughs as directed by the engineer incharge of works including the cost for all materials , transporting of troughs from the source to the destination upto 10kms, steciling, paints brushes all leads and lifts etc.., complete

Supplying laying jointing and fixing in position PVC pipes of 160mm dia in size in the excavated cable trench as directed by the Engineer incharge at site, including the cost of materials , labour leads lifts etc .., complete.

Supplying and Laying160mm. Dia PVC pipe of approved quality and of reputed make for road and drainage crossing for the HT cable laying at road drainage crossing including cost of all marerials, labour lead, lifts etc.., complete.

Uncoiling and laying of LT cable in the excava ted trench including drawing the cable through RCC / GI/ PVC pipes wherever necessary at road crossings etc.., without any damage. Including transporting of cables tools and plants labour,lead lift etc..,complete.(120 & 240 Sqmm)

Transporting of the remains of the empty cable drums (iron materials) to the stores for devolution including loading and unloading leads and lifts, etc.., complete.

Supply and erection of cable marker in RCc (1:2:4) using 20mm HBs metal of size 0.3m X 0.6m and of 100mm tk, engraving letters "TNEB Ug cable" painting the engraved letters, fixing the cable marker in a bed of PCc (1:3:6) using 20mm HBs Metal of size 0.45m X 0.30m X 0.45m including cost of all materials, labour, transporting to the destination, all leads and lifts etc.., complete.(Every 100 ) Mts

Laying of LTcable of all sizes for service connection including excavation of trench ,laying of cable,refilling of trench& termination of cable complete (25 sqmm & 16 sqmm)

Construction of RCC pedestal of size 0.60X 0.25X1.05m(2 Nos) for fixing Mini/4 way pillar box with 13.88 kgs of steel reinforcement in 0.315 m3 of ROC (1:2:4) mix concrete using 20mm HBS metal , plastering (1:5) 12 mm thick around the pedestal colour washing two coats over one coat of primer using white cement including cost of all materials, labour, transportation of all materilas of size,fixing the pillar box in propper alignment over the pedestal, tools and plants,lead,lift,etc., complete.4 way pillar box FRP.
