Repairs to Charpoy GI pipe with Nylon Newar FD-220

Removing existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI pipe charpoy and Supply & Reweaving 50/55 mm wide nylon newar made of un-recycled nylon, white coloured in one piece, woven both ways using nylon newar of not less than 1.5 KG in each charpoy with 14 long bands and 34 short bands complete including tightining of frame & legs all as specified and as shown in drawings and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe elbow from GI pipe charpoy and S & F new GI elbow 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and ad directedby Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy and S & F new 32 mm GI check nut 5 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI Pipe long rail 32mm bore from GI pipe charpoy and supply and fixing new long rail using 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of size 1980mm including threading both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Making of short Rail of size 810 mm long for Charpoy GI Pipe from old UNSV long rails retrieved from ser No-1.04 including cutting, threading both side suitably and fixing with existing old elbow including taking out existing short rails complete all as specified and as directed.

Making of leg of size 386mm for charpoy GI from existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32mm bore reterived from item No-1.05 above including cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing and fixing 3mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg and two Nos clamps made out of flat iron 40 x 3mm thick and washer welded to bottom clamp to each legs for holding mosquito net frame set frame all as shown in drawing including two coat of black enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe with 12mm Plywood Top FD-220

M&L for removing of old unserviceable plywood top and S&F new plywood top 12 mm thick of BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 of size as shown in drg and fixed with 08 Nos Nut & Bolts to charpoy GI Pipe with 12 mm Plywood top all as specified and shown in drg.

M&L for removing of old unserviceableangle iron stiffener from the GI Ply top and supplying and fixing new stiffener 25mmx25mmx5mm angle iron stiffner of 890 mm long (Appox) with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priner to stiffeners compete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable nylon newar from the chair verandah nylon newar and Supplying and fixing new nylon newar of white/ light colour, 50/55mm wide weighing not less than 0.5 kg per chair verandah as per existing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for welding to broken steel frame of chair verandah by welding machine complete all as specified and directed

Removing unsv PVC/Rubber shoes from the leg of Chair Verandah and supply and fix new PVC rubber shoes all as per existing and as directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparing of old surface of chair verndah & applying one coat of synthic enamel paint

Recaning to Chair Verandah FD-256

Taking down unserviceable plastic cane form chair verandah by supply and canning with new plastic cane of superior quality ie 1st quality of 4mm wide, 0.5 mm thick white colour half round, weaving shall be mat pattern complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable PVC Sheet form chair verandah and supply and Fixing with new PVC sheet of superior quality ie 1st quality white colour shall be mat pattern complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable PVC back form chair verandah and supply and Fixing with new PVC back of superior quality ie 1st quality white colour shall be mat pattern complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing unsv PVC/Rubber shoes from the leg of Chair Verandah and supply and fix new PVC rubber shoes all as per existing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
