Supplying, Filling sand in foundation & plinth with Sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty of sand, labour & T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 40mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing, etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20 grade) with 20mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including centring, shuttering, lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P,Labour Welfare cess @1% required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing MS round/ deformed/ tor steel HYSD bar reinforcement of only approved manufacturing companies of approved grade of required diameters of approved quality complete in proper position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in super structure by using 230 mm X 110 mm X 80 mm (with dimensional tolerance of ± 2% ) Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. / sq cm, mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) (Using Branded Cement), immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projections, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge

12 mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6)including necessary scaffolding curing etc. in Foundation and Superstructure as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to inside of brick walls surface after racking out the joints…curing and watering with all cost etc.complete

Finishing walls two coats with water proofing cement paint of approved shade including all cost, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing exterior walls with Weather Seal Coat Paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade complete including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work, etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge
