Supply of 2C x 6 Sq.mm 5 KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor two core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part -II)/88 with upto date amendent etc. as required.

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soil for cables/ pipes, width not exceeding 300 mm upto a depth of specified i/c refilling the trench and disposal of surplus soil etc. as required. a) of depth exceeding 0.30 meter but not exceeding 0.80 meter

Excavation of trenches in hard rock for cables/ pipes upto 80mm dia up to a depth of 0.30 meter including refilling the trench and disposal of surplus soil etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 100 mm dia medium class G.I. Pipe (ISI marked) across the road crossing / paved area / hard soil area i/c excavation and making good with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement concrete etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe, PN4 grade, PE 63 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984-1995, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (Upto 75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of 1 No. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of grade 5 KV and size 25 Sq.mm/16 Sq.mm/ 6 Sq.mm/Secondary lead in the existing RCC/Hume/Stoneware/GI pipe/HDPE/ DWC Pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Upto 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 2C x 6 Sq.mm, 5 KV grade AFL Cable.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia Gl wire on surface in existing pipe or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 90 x 80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (Light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) etc. as required. : With common burny clay FPS (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
